Main responsibilities and tasks 

  • Managing the junior board balance and doing the bookkeeping: ensuring correct, ethical and secure accountancy
  • Composition of the Annual Budget 
  • Report back to the EC via the annual report (please find last balances in the last annual report)
  • Finding sponsors and applying for grants mainly for the junior day

Specific requirements 

  • Experience and/or interest in financial management
  • Experience and/or interest in applying for grants and acquiring sponsors
  • Knowledge about accounting and banking
  • Leadership, delegation and coordination skills
  • Project management skills
  • An analytical mind and a commercial/strategic attitude

General requirements

  • Strong command of the English language (understanding, speaking & writing)
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office and virtual (communication) tools (Skype, Zoom, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.)
  • A passion for teamwork
  • Available to attend (team) meetings (in person or digital)
  • Available to attend and help at events organised by the junior board
