Call for Abstracts
Submission Guidelines

Abstracts can be sent by selecting one of the corresponding button below. If the online abstract submission procedure has been completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your abstract. If you submitted your abstract and you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail within 2 days, please contact us for further information.

Symposia

A symposium should be consisting of 4 talks with no more than 2 speakers from the same university. Please submit a general abstract (150 words) and an abstract for each talk in the symposium (250 words each). The individual abstracts should be prepared using Times New Roman, and are limited to 250 words. They should contain

  • a title

  • the names and affiliations of the authors

  • introduction, method, results and discussion

  • 3 keywords

  • Please use the Word template below and keep the original fonts

Oral Presentations and Posters

Abstracts for poster and oral presentations should be prepared using Times New Roman, and are limited to 250 words. They should contain

  • a title

  • the names and affiliations of the authors

  • introduction, method, results and discussion

  • 3 keywords

  • Please use the Word template below and keep the original fonts
